导师学习教授在线和面对面的研讨会，一对一地指导同龄人，并举办学生健康活动（例如流行的纽扣制作活动）。在深化自己的研究技能的同时，同伴导师获得了适用于其学术研究领域和未来专业兴趣领域的技能。

耶鲁大学教职员工还可以提名一年级学生和二年级学生作为图书馆同伴导师计划的导师。要提名一名学生作为导师进行培训，请发送电子邮件给 Kelly Blanchat。所有被提名的学生都将被亲自邀请申请该计划。
